Colorado State Patrol
The Colorado State Patrol is proud to partner with Mesa County Crime Stoppers. History has proven that many vehicular crimes across Mesa County have only been solved through our citizens' support. Without concerned witnesses and members of the public coming forward with their knowledge and being able to remain anonymous, many victims would be left paying for damages from unsolved crime. It is through the trust our community has in Crime Stoppers that we are able to both solve crime and help victims of crime through their most difficult times.
Doug Shoemaker
Grand Junction Chief of Police
The partnership between law enforcement in the Grand Valley and Mesa County Crime Stoppers is a critical part of our objective to maintain a safe community. We can't be successful without the engagement of our citizens, and Crime Stoppers is an imperative part of that link. The values of the Grand Junction Police Department are professionalism, integrity, compassion, and service; Crime Stoppers embodies each one of those traits. Not only does Crime Stoppers share our passion for the prevention and investigation of crime, but they also support us in our community outreach efforts throughout the year, investing in us by strengthening the relationship between the police and the people we serve.
