I am extremely proud of the affiliation that the Grand Junction Police Department has with Crime Stoppers of Mesa County for the past 27 Years.  After many years in law enforcement I’ve learned that Crime Stoppers is an invaluable crime fighting tool.  We simply cannot solve crime without the assistance of those who live and work in our community.  We must rely upon the support of citizens who play an active role in the safety of the community by providing information anonymously on crimes.  Crime Stoppers has worked to keep our community safe for nearly three decades.

Crime Stoppers is an invaluable tool in law enforcement and an organization that the Colorado State Patrol is proud to be partnered with.  Crime Stoppers provides an avenue for citizens to provide information that otherwise might go unreported.  That information is often the key part of the puzzle that helps identify a suspect or solve a crime.  Because of the local Crime Stopper’s effort Mesa County is a safer community for all of us.
